New Comment:
My issue is that the Package Affected field seems to reset, and you need
to select
it again.

Description:
------------
When you submit a bug report, you are presented with a list of existing
bugs that
you might be duplicating. Now you have to submit again. Now you find
out that
the HTML form preserved everything except the Package Affected field,
and you have
to set that again, and submit again for a 3rd time!
Its really annoying.
Expected result:
----------------
I expected the Package Affected select box to save its value, just as
every other
field in the html form did.
