Re: Getting involved

I will definitely check out the archives and see what I can get going. I've got a big project that I am finishing up within the next month, and after that, I'll have time to really push on this project. I'm excited for this opportunity to be involved. I'm interested in getting involved in helping with the web redesign project for php.net. Hannes wrote an article on getting involved for php|architect, and it inspired me to volunteer, so let me know what I can do to help. I'm pretty fluent with web design, XHTML, CSS, PHP, etc. If you need references, I run Treeline Design, LLC (http://www.TreelineDesign.com - there are links to reviews and client sites here), and I am the Editor-in-Chief of php|architect magazine. Thanks, Beth

Hi Beth, There is periodic talk of a redesign, but not much sign of (public?) progress. Check out the mail archives e.g http://news.php.net/php.webmaster/8659 I believe Hannes is busy-ish with his day job. The redesign project really needs someone to take it by the scruff of the neck and champion it. Go for it! Chris
