Greetings,
PHP is a programming language. That is all, and we do not send you emails. However, people are free
to write programs with PHP that do just about anything including sending emails, but it's not
within our power to stop them from doing annoying things or know who they are. Millions of sites and
software applications are "Powered by PHP" [including Yahoo and Facebook and Wikipedia] so
to summarize: Sorry to hear, but you are contacting the wrong people.
Regards,
Philip
