Hello
We have a server hosted with www.GoGrid.com and are not able to reach
windows.php.net server. After discussing this with the ISP, i received the
following response:
From the tests, it appears that php.net or it's service provider (ovh.net)
is blocking access from your GoGrid-West set of IP addresses.
You may want to contact php.net for their reasons. Please let
php.netadministrators know the IP ranges on GoGrid-West to unblock.
The CIDR
notation for your set of IPs is: 173.1.168.64/28
Regards
Shihab Khalil
