Then the argument has an invalid multibyte sequence. You can ignore the
errors with ENT_IGNORE.

The PHP website (as seen on a few mirrors so far) emits the following
error
several times a day:
PHP Warning: htmlentities(): Invalid multibyte sequence in argument in
submit-
event.php on line 263
