Bug description:Bug reporting from manual does not populate bug type or reference manpage.

When a "Report a bug" link is selected in the online manual, the bug report
does
not show "Documentation problem" as the Bug Type, nor is the page relating
to the
bug shown in the description.
The attached patch should fix this.
