There is a bug here. While selecting "other" as a language (when viewing a manual page),
we are directed here:
It lists all translations with [assumed] links to old versions. However, there is a bug that
redirects manual/foo to manual/en/foo so that needs to be fixed. Long ago we had every translation
build at least once but those archives were all deleted with the doc server change/move, and now
several don't validate/build. Regardless, this redirect is a bug.
That list felt useful at the time but I'm not so sure now. The main idea there is to help find
translators, and show how [some] progress exists with other translations. Thoughts?
