You need php compiled with support for phplib. See:
php4win.com and pdflib.com

I use win98, PWS for developing php applications, all works fine, I have a
task where i face problems, i am supposed to generate a pdf file from the
data available from the mysql database and create, write it on a pdf file
and provide for download.
I took some free code from a site but it does'nt work it gives the following
