building gd dll

Since I haven't been able to find a php_gd.dll which works with the 4.0.1pl2
binaries, I decided I'd build one.
Yesterday I successfully built a working system on my linux box, and today's
job was to repeat the feat on my NT server. I can build the php.exe and the
phpts.dll but sadly, I've no idea how to build the php_gd.dll. I've got all
the right source code, but does anyone have a suitable msvc6 workspace or
project definition I can use?
