Dear Sir;
When I update my php from php3 to php4 in windows platform, I met a problem in storing pictures into
mysql database. I specified the "upload_tmp_dir=c:\winnt\temp" and "magic_quotes_gpc
= Off" in the php.ini, but the large binary field of mysql database just has several bytes. I
wonder what's wrong with it. There has been ok in the environment of php3+mysql in windows
platform.
