I am running PHP3 for NT and I am trying to use the crypt function but
it is not being recognized by php as a valid function. I tried it with
and without the dl call.
code snippet:
dl("php3_crypt.dll");
$salt=3;
$data='newday';
$crypted=crypt( '$data','$salt');
print $crypted;
I have also modified PHP.ini to uncomment extension=php3_crypt.dll and
made sure the php3_crypt.dll exists and is in the directory pointed to
by the extension_dir statement..
I continually get the error: Fatal error: Call to unsupported or
undefined function crypt() in mmm/dologon-crypt.htm on line 10.
I know this funciton works on PHP3 running under unix but there must be
a way to get this to work under NT.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
