Encryption Problem

We're in the process of transitioning a site on an NT 4.0 Server running IIS and Lasso to PHP 3 Using Lasso, we were able to encrypt things using blowfish. I have discovered that the Windows version of PHP 3 does not allow for blowfish encryption. This causes a problem when encrypting user login and verification information, since some users have information that is less than 8 characters, the fewest number of characters that any of the encryption/decryption methods available to us in Windows PHP 3 allow.
