I am having the same problem, it seems php_mcrypt.dll is not ported to Win32
just yet. I guess our options are to brag to developers so they port it,
port it ourselves, or use other software like aspencrypt. I would love if
someone can point me to the source code and instructions how to port mcrypt
to PHP for win32. Thanks.

Subject: [PHP-WIN] Encryption Problem
We're in the process of transitioning a site on an NT 4.0 Server running IIS
and Lasso to PHP 3
Using Lasso, we were able to encrypt things using blowfish. I have
discovered that the Windows version of PHP 3 does not allow for blowfish
encryption. This causes a problem when encrypting user login and
verification information, since some users have information that is less
than 8 characters, the fewest number of characters that any of the
encryption/decryption methods available to us in Windows PHP 3 allow.
Is there a patch or an updated encryption DLL that allows for blowfish, or
some of the other encryption methods?
