Installing with PWS

Hi all!
I'm having a little bit of problem getting PHP to install on my workstation.
Here is the setup:
NT 4.0 w/SP4
PWS from NT Option Pak
PHP 4.0.1pl2
The software seems pretty easy to install, and I installed it step-by-step.
However, none of the scripts parse. Are there any tricks or tips to get it
to install a little more smoothly?
