I have a patched version (php_gd_gif.dll) which works with PHP 4.1.1
installed in Windows 2000, but I'll be damned if I can remember where I
found it. If you want it, I've put it on my web site
http://www.gpick.com/sbr/archives/php_gd_gif.zip
(162 KB).
