Hi,
I've got php 4.01pl2 on Windows. I guess mhash must not have been included
in this build, because I get the the traditional "Fatal error: Call to
undefined function: mhash() in..." error in my script. I need help for one
of these possibilities:
- Has someone have a php 4.01pl2 Windows build with mhash included?
- Are there any alternatives to the use of mhash() in Windows? Basicaly what
I have is something like:
$hash=MHASH_MD5;
$mystr="$name".time();
$value=bin2hex(mhash($hash,$mystr));
In which $value would act as an "unique" identifier for the customer.
Assuming I will NEVER have access to mhash(), what else could I use to
accomplish this?
Many thanks,
