Interested in This Setup...will it work ok?

I have plans to setup a WIN2000 server running IIS 5.0, PHP4, on a FOXPRO database. Most people I have talked to have said that I should use ASP, but I already have a years experience with PHP and think it's miles ahead. Besides...I'll be connecting to a Foxpro database, and ASP will only allow connections to FOXPRO via ODBC anyways. So I don't think there'd be any performance increase with ASP. We will upscale to a MS SQL server in about 1 year. I am hoping that the MSSQL functions in PHP will work sufficiently by then. Does anyone see any problem with this setup before I start working on it? Is anyone running a similar setup? How long before php4 can be compiled? How much will the compiler cost? Thanks for any help, William
