Should do, make sure that u have allow_url_fopen=On in your php.ini however, I don't know if it does server redirects. Oh also make sure you're using v4.0.5 (i think) or later? It might work if you left out the http:// and domain.com was the domain of your server. You usually have to do the local path e.g. /usr/include/file.txt or c:/usr/include/file.txt.
