Hey I am serving my php 3.0.16 off a win2k Pro/IIS5 server. ,but it will not
let me open any include files. This is the error I get.
Warning: Failed opening 'http://192.*.*.*/prepend.inc' for inclusion in
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\index.php on line 2
Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function commonheader() in
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\index.php on line 8
I know it probably is a security error. what settings should be changed.
