sure it is, but what do you wan't to know, how to compile or how to
config?
if you wanted to know how to compile:
you'll have to edit the readdir.h of the apache source an cut out the
redefines, which came throught the virtual directory support of php.
if you wanted to know how to config:
edit you httpd.conf and put in the following lines
LoadModule php4_module whatever_directory/php4apache.dll
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
etc...
and you can download it and pretty much precompiled bianries from
http://www.mm4.de/andreas.otto/php_related/
