At the beginning of the page, i set start_time
$this->start_time = getmicrotime();
// this is somewhere in my page object
function getmicrotime()
{
list($usec, $sec) = explode(" ",microtime());
return ((float)$usec + (float)$sec);
}
Then, at the end, i simply subtract:
<?
$s = $this->getmicrotime() - $this->page_start;
?>
Page generated in <?= sprintf("%0.3f", $s); ?> sec(s)
It's a neat addition that's a snap to add to any page :)
