Install PHP4.1 on Xitami (v2.4c1) running under Windows NT 4.0, SP 5.0

I am migrating from PHP3 to PHP4 on the set-up above. Have faithfully followed the installation
instructions after first stopping the Xitami server and removing all trace of PHP3. Every script I
run including the simple <? phpinfo(); ?> returns the following error:
[08-May-2002 20:14:00] PHP Fatal error: Unable to open C:/Xitami/webpages in Unknown on line 0
I have obviously done something dumb, but 8 hours later I still cannot see what. Any guidance
gratefully received!
