Can anyone please tell me what this
means and how to go about to fix it!
Im fairly new and this error keeps popping up
in most of the scripts I try to run.
Warning: Failed opening '../htmlheader.php' for inclusion (include_path='')
in C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2......
Using Apache 2 (windows)
and php 4.12
