PHP INstall on Apache Windows

Ive setup everything like in the install readme
Iam running win2k pro
Ive placed the php.in in c:\winnt and system32 and system along with the
php4ts.dll to try and egt it working and apache dosent liek it i get teh
following line in my error log.
[error] Cannot remove module mod_php4.c: not found in module list
I dont know what to do now ???
Any Help Wanted :)
