You could also make a function to simplify things if you have lots of links
function dolink($href, $text) {
$text = "<A HREF=\"$href\">$text</A>";
return $text;
}
then calling
echo dolink("page1.php","Link to page 1");
would output a link to page1.php with the text Link to page 1
