Thanks to all for the suggestions.
> First, add the line:
> ScriptAlias /php3/ "c:/php3/"
> Second, change the line:
> Action application/x-httpd-php3 e:/php3/php.exe
> To:
> Action application/x-httpd-php3 /php3/php.exe
I think it was this second change which I was missing. phpinfo() now works.
