Hi all,
My configuration is W2K + IIS 5.0 + PHP 3.0.15 + PHPLib
PHPLib has created a table in MSSQL wich has a field named VAL type
varchar(4096).
The problem is that althought VAL is varchar(4096) PHP only saves 255
characters.
In the past i've "solved" this problem by changing the type to TEXT. PHP
works fine with type TEXT; but now, i can't use this, 'cause PHPLib use the
field VAL on the WHERE clause and i can't use a TEXT field on where clauses,
at least on MSSQL.
Has anyone faced this? Any ideas on how to solve this? I guess the problem
is the php_mssql.dll that ships with PHP.
I've tried PHP 4.2.2 and had the same problem.
