I have 2 web spaces, and I have some problems with Php in one of these. 1- php is in port 81 (in the other space and in my computer is in the defaul port) 2- php is _always_ down, more or less every day 3- I have in this space my principal site, so I _can't_ stop using it at all, even because I have just paid for a year. I need to access to a database in mysql from the home page, retrieving the some data from the last article I wrote and I put in my database. I wrote it in php: <?php $db = mysql_connect("localhost","*****","*****"); mysql_select_db("lanfranchi_co_uk",$db); $sql = "SELECT max(id),titolo, sintesi, data FROM area_riservata_articoli group by id"; $result = mysql_query($sql,$db); #echo "\n<table width=100%>\n"; if ($myrow = mysql_fetch_array($result)) { echo ("<table>"); do { printf ("<tr><td><p><b>%s</b> (%s)</p></td></tr>",$myrow[1], $myrow[3]); printf ("<tr><td>%s <a href=\"articolo.php3?id=%s\">continua</a></td></tr>",$myrow[2], $myrow[0]); } while ($myrow = mysql_fetch_row($result)); echo ("</table>"); } else echo "Spiacente, amico, niente risultati per questa domanda."; ?> and works very well. Now I need to use it... I though I could use SSI: <!--#exec cgi="http://www.vitaveska.com/free/articolo_home.php3" --> but I doesn't work because I need and internal path. Any one can help me to use my php code? Or any one can help me traslating it in perl? At least Perl works. Thanks in advance, Andres Baravalle __________ http://www.baravalle.co.uk
