This is running php4.0.2-dev as downloaded from napp (Not Another PHP Portal): http://www.mm4.de/andreas.otto/php_related/mod_php4_win32/ Looks like the biggest issue is the specifics of the Oracle installation on the NT box itself - not just pathing out to Oracle on a network, but having oci81 installed on the machine itself.
