Probably this has been asked many times before, but does anyone know
how to get mail() to work under Win2000/IIS5 with PHP4. I've tried
everything I can think of, and just get the message
Warning: Failed to Receive
when I terminate the current session (after it hangs) in the iis/smtp
manager
