Marco,
Thank you for this. I guess not too many of us are playing with the xslt
stuff. Or maybe I'm just thick headed and don't get it easily. At first, I
thought my problem was the extensions directory setting in the php.ini file
was not working. Without this progam, I never would have know how many
dll's I was actually missing.
Here is what I had to do for IIS 5.x Win 2K with PHP 4.2.3
PHP.ini
; Directory in which the loadable extensions (modules) reside.
extension_dir =
;Windows Extensions
extension=php_xslt.dll
I don't know what the problem with the extension_dir is on Win 2K. If there
is anything assigned it returns an error with a / appended to the assignment
directory (Setting extension_dir =c:\php\extensions returns
c:\php\extensions/php_xslt.dll with the error) and of course, the windows
file system is not compatible, if that's the real problem. Oh well, it
works as above.
Copied php_xslt.dll to %SYSTEM%
I then used DependencyWalker to tell me which dll's were missing. I needed
many dll's that no documentation covered, such as "libexpat.dll" which I was
led to believe (documentation) was covered by "expat.dll" included with PHP.
Anyway, this program will no doubt save me days in the future.
Thanks for taking the time to "advertise" it...
