Are you sure its a bug? If you check the documentation on "register_shutdown_function", you'll see that it occurs AFTER the data in the output buffer has been sent to the user. Therefore, functions like "echo" and "print" are not supposed to work: http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.register-shutdown-function.php Wierd that it works when you do "exit"...
