IIS or Apache..?

Hi!
The next weeks we will be launching a new project, completely
written in PHP. The thing is that this will have to run an a Windows NT
machine, wich already hosts another site done in asp.
I'm wondering if i should run PHP as an IIS-ISAPI module or if should i
setup a Windows version of Apache with mod_php4 for hosting the php
site?
