upgrade to service pack 4 (MS Visual Studio)

Hi guys! I recently upgraded the MS Visual Studio with Service Pack 4. and after that I cannot access any page on my apache server. I'm runn apache with mysql and php4. It would run very well before I installed Service pack 4 for Visual Studio. Now when I try to access any page on the serve I get following page instead. ---------------- Problem Report : There was a communication problem. Message ID: TCP_ERROR Problem Description:The system was unable to communicate with the server.

Possible Problem Cause:         ·       The Web server may be down.
                                ·       The Web server may be too busy.
                                ·       The Web server may be experiencing other problems, preventing it from responding to clients.
                                ·       The communication path may be experiencing problems.

Possible Solution:Try connecting to this server later. ---------------- Any clue what's going on here. Please guide my what should I do now. Thanks, Nasir
