If you use the ISAPI version of PHP (not php.exe)
start a dos shell
type 'net stop iisadmin' and then 'Y'
type 'net start w3svc'
If you restart IIS with the buttons, it won't work. If you use CGI (php.exe)
restarting the web server is not necessary.
