PHP4 with PWS4/Win98 install problems!

Hello,
I am using PHP 4.0.1pl2 with the Personnal Web Server 4.0 of Windows 98
Second Edition.
I have installed everything such as stated in the README.TXT and now
when i run a PHP script such like one only containing phpInfo() function
I get:
Warning: Failed opening 'C:\TEMP\p.php' for inclusion (include_path='')
in Unknown on line 0
Do you know what the problem is ?
