Check out the excellent package at http://www.php4win.de/ as
well as
http://download.swwwing.com/
Note that if you use the swwwing.com binaries, you must also use the CORE
files as well. I recommend checking out php4win for the easiest to
configure solution [though it is a developers version that has been
compiled].
