lets say it is by now impossible to build a PDF manual that is
using all the features a PDF Document could have
but the default Makefile within phpdoc should now make it possible
to say 'make pdf' using the longer way
(XML->TeX->dvi->PostScript->PDF instead of just XML->TeX->PDF)
there is no difference in output quality or layout, ist just
that the conversion step to postscript will remove all
cross-referenc links from the document :(
