Try giving IUSR_<machine> r/rx on the "C:\PHP" folder (read and read/execute.. should be default permissions when you add them). Should fix the problem. Hello, I'm newbie php. I got an error connecting to Oracle 9i: PHP Warning: Unknown(): Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\PHP\extensions\php_oci8.dll' - Access is denied. in Unknown on line 0.
