Hi All, php_mssql70.dll should be in the same directory as php.exe or php_isapi.dll and IUSR_? needs to have execute rights to this directory and files. On the other hand this directry woud not be included in the web (or ftp) structure so it would not be a security risk. - Frank >> I have a combination of MS SQL 7.0 (other server then web >> server), IIS 4 and WinNT 4.0 SP5 working. >> 1) Did you installed MS SQL Client software on web server? >> 2) Have your I_USR... user "full access" rights to directory, where >> php_mssql70.dll is stored? >> 3) Did you set up properly extension_dir to directory, where >> your dll's are >> stored (e.g. c:\winnt\system32\inetsrv\)? > >Personally, I wouldn't want to have to rely on my IUSR having "full access" >on any system directory.
