Problem with PHP 4.3.0 and WebSite Pro 2.25 on NT4.0 Server

I can't get PHP to work properly on this setup. I'm using ISAPI as my setup.
It simply sends half-completed blank pages when you try to access any .php
pages. (HTML Headers, and that's it) Any suggestions? Does PHP4 require I
have a particular version of Perl installed on my web server? (Just a guess)
Works beautifully on my Linux box with Apache though.
