What permissions does php.ini need? I am running php 4.3.2-RC1 using the
ISAPI DLL in IIS 6. I gave the IUSR accound Read/Execute on php.ini
(C:\windows\php.ini) but my phpinfo(); page doesnt read them. If I give
everyone read rights, it works.. what user specifically do i need to grant
read rights on php.ini to?
