Begin forwarded message:Your include file should be '../../../includes/leftnavbarag.htm' Now if we de'...' it, it would be in D:\Netscape\SuiteSpot\docs\cms\includes/leftnavbarag.htm, right? Now have you double and triple checked permissions on all folders from d:\ to see that the right permissions are in place? One wrong bit and you're borked. -DashFrom: Roderick Martin <rmartin@mail.state.il.us> Date: Tue Apr 22, 2003 9:16:23 AM US/Central To: Dash McElroy <php@l1te.net> Subject: Re: [PHP-WIN] Includes working in higher directories, not in lower ones Neither of those possibilities seems likely. The IIS server is running on Windows NT and you saw the whole error message... Warning: Failed opening '../../../includes/leftnavbarag.htm' for inclusion (include_path='.;c:\php4\pear') in D:\Netscape\SuiteSpot\docs\cms\dev\subsections\news\dirwlcme4.htm on line 15 No mention of an open_basedir issue. Still stumped. RodRod - I have been able to go down several back paths just fine. Sounds like it's either a permissions issue (usually seen more on unix) or a open_basedir issue, although you'll usually know when it's an open_basedir (as it will tell you something about open_basedir). -Dash
