Making reports

Hi everyone. I have a mysql database that holds phone bills of my customers. I have a table for each month that consists of an average of 200000 records displaying every each call that every customer made including the date and the duration (the customers are about 1300). What I want to do is to make a report to print every bill to post to my customers. I wonder if anyone could suggest the way to print it (the queries to run are no problem...). What I mean is that I could view them to the browser but of course that would be a very big html output to view with the explorer and it's not easily printed. I could make a pdf file but I think that it would be too big to be handled (it would consist of about 5000 pages and I don't know the pdf limits). Has anyone faced this before? Is there way to print directly from php? Thanx in advance for your time...
