might have been the way ms sql server was installed on my server, or the
version of NT or both, but the at command was no longer compatible with the
scheduler service which actually executed tasks. Your scheduled tasks never
got executed. I gave up and installed a cron clone, which came with it's
own scheduler task, and everything seemed to work fine. There may have been
better choices, but I didn't have lots of time to find them.

That's funny because I uses NT workstation (4.0sp6) at work and have
MS SQL Server 7.0 installed locally but still does this with AT:
[c:\program files\rosetta biosoftware\rosetta resolver]at
Status ID Day Time Command Line
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
---
0 Each M T W Th F S Su 3:30 AM D:\Apps\mirror\mirror.bat
packages\test.txt
1 Each M T W Th F S Su 12:30 AM D:\Apps\mirror\mirror.bat
packages\ftp.ncbi.nih.gov
2 Each M T W Th F S Su 12:00 PM
e:\Unigene\Schedule\Daily\ncbi.bat
[c:\program files\rosetta biosoftware\rosetta resolver]
More precisely what kind of problems did you experience, a nd which version
do you uses?
