Please help with this problem:
I've installed php 4.3.1 on windows 2000 with Apache 2.
There is a php application on the server which runs fine with the server.
Then I tried to install phpMyAdmin but cannot get any output from any
script except those belonging to the abovesaid application. So, php is
installed and running, but does not output anything with any scripts
outside of the main application path.
A test script in
c:\ce\www\test.php
runs fine at the address
http://localhost/ce/test.php
with "/ce/" as an alias for "c:\ce\www\"
The same test script at
c:\Programme\Apache Group\Apache 2\htdocs\test.php
with the address
http://localhost/test.php
does not produce any output. Nor any error message in the logs.
Running the same script in the php directory in CGI mode, i.e. with
php -f test.php
does not produce any output either except the http headers.
Could there be a problem with long filenames? Or where am I supposed to
search for the error?
Thanks for any help.
