I develop for Linux boxes, but test on a Windows machine. Recently, I had a
need to use the GDlib. I checked the Linux box, and it installed with PHP,
when I checked the Windows box, I found that none of the external DLLs were
loaded. I checked http://www.boutell.com/gd/manual2.0.12.html
to get the
image library, but all I found was an uncompiled C project (apparently for a
Unix enviornment.). I am not a C or Unix prg, I work with PHP. if anyone has
any ideas about how I can get GDlib compiled and running on my Windows box,
or why it did not install with PHP version 4.3.1, pls let me know. In
addition, if anyone has successfully compiled the GDLib .dll for the windows
enviornment, I would like to know the secret of your Voodoo.
