Never mind, it works now. From the documentation that I found online, I manually added an entry to the ISAPI Filters on Properties. This must have been causing a problem. After I noticed that I wasn't able to run any .asp pages, I removed the filter and decided to try the PHP page again. And it worked. Thanks Chris.
