Hi,
I installed apache2 (2.0.45) on winXP and PHP 4.3.1 via SAPI module.
followed all instructions and it works perfectly, except that sometimes page
keeps on reloading constantly. when tested in IE, page keeps refreshing
itself without loading itself fully or it wouldn't even load. does anyone
know the cause for the problem? i did set output_buffering = 4096.
Thanks,
Daniil
