problem with readfile

hello all,
I have big problem, a need to read file on LAN. when I use:
readfile("\\\\tarif\\c\\winatu\\xdata\\200305.atu");
$php_errormsg;
then will be show this warning:
Warning: readfile(\\tarif\c\winatu\xdata\200305.atu) [function.readfile]:
failed to create stream: Permission denied in c:\program files\apache
group\apache\htdocs\telefon\update.php on line 32
I dont know, where is problem.
If I want open this file from IE, all is OK.
I have full rights to sharing directory.
